So to boot cfw I open this link on Internet browser and that link opens up a menu with I sent a pic of and from there it lets be boot emunand. And I need the sd in the 3ds to do it
ok so you're using browserhax(it's worse than I thought)
What's the SYSNAND version?

um do I check that in settings or somewhere else. Sorry for being such a noob.

It's ver. 11.0.0-33U
in SYSNAND?
I don't want you to boot into CFW.
I want you to check that without an sd inserted.
If the SD is inserted and it is still 11.0 then a9lh might be installed(how, why)

Without the sd in it's still 11. The url is to a dropbox file if that helps. I can also send the full url if you want. I'm talking about the url that starts the thing that loads the CFW

Wow this is so confusing. I have never heard of "Generic CFW". How can the sysNAND be 11.0 but still able to load a browser exploit? Good on you @Davidosky99 for helping. Hope you manage to get to the bottom of it.
I found out how to get to the luma config menu :). I had to go into oot and instead of opening homebrew it opened luma. And as Davidsky99 asked earlier I checked and my current nand is 11.0.0-33U which we already knew so idk.

Does it show sys 11 or ver 11?

does it say sys or emu in the system settings?
Good that you somehow managed to replace that generic cfw

It's ver 11 also the generic CFW still works...
And when I launch it and open settings it shows CFW 11.0.0-33U. Thought it might be important. And another thing is that in order to get to the Luna config I had to use ocarina of time. Idk if you got that from oot.

It's sys I forgot to add check nand in the config earlier.
okay, so you're running arm9loaderhax with luma3ds updated sysnand.
can you remember me of your problem again?
have you even tried cryptofixing the cias?
or downloading new cias?

I still don't know how to cryptofix the cias and I haven't tried downloading any cias yet I'll do that now and report back.

yeah either download cias from that iso site or use freeshop.
have you initialized your databases to use fbi?

I can use fbi so I assume my friend has. Ok so I redownloaded shovel knight and started it but instead of saying the error it was stuck at the Nintendo 3ds thing and the animation with the red Line was looping. I think the reason for this was because I installed it in sysnand but for some reason I can't launch emunand. I went into the luma config and turned off autoboot to sysnand and saved, but when I check my nand it still says sys.
