signature patches, save exploit patches (some DSi game cards have exploits), save check patch (some old flash carts don't fake save data and were blocked with 4.4.0-10)

I would really like a modification that lets me boot DS Software in its original resolution without having to hold either START or SELECT.
That would be nice.
