ROM Hack .3DS to CIA Error

Okay so I got a ruby omega rom and I decrpted the .3ds file with Decrypt9. Okay, now I edited it with randomizer, then I repacked the .3DS file. Then I go to the .3DS to CIA Converter and get my xxorrpads and convert the file to CIA BUT it get and error code "Wrong XorPads?" Can someone help me with this?

Are you doing it correctly? Try again? Also with a new update of decrypt9 its possible straight from app so try that
