Hacking Emunand homemenu sometimes doesn't fully load : Sd issue?

I use Luma 5.5 with Menuhax using ctrbootmanager on a o3ds XL with a 64GB micro sd XC in an adapter, and sometimes the Emunand home menu doesn't fully load : I can see the icon for the cartridge game and the dgital games but not for system/pre-included aps , the information at the top isn't displayed (date, internet/streetpas, playcoins) , selecting an app and pressing launch frezes the 3DS...

When it does that the only thing I can do is switch the console off and restart it hoping the homemenu will load fully...I had it fail to load properly twice in a row this morning...

Any idea what might cause this?

it's not. it looks like the emunand loads but some icons don't. did you read the post?

what did you format the SD card with?

will installing A9LH (probably this week-end) really solve the issue...won't the updated sysnand sometimes fail to load properly ?
I mean it passes the menuhax step, it's when loading the emunand that it hangs...

I used guiformat to format it to fat32 with cluster size 64k a few months ago...prior to that it was formatted with the same tool but with a 32k cluster size..

so it boots into emunand fine? but some icons don't work sometimes?

if you do go with arm9loaderhax, you most likely wouldn't be using emunand if you follow Plailect's guide. it also won't have failed boots.

Either way, before we help you, you should get on a9lh so we know menuhax isn't the problem...

1. My sysnand works
2. I don't use RXtools anymore
3. It's a o3DS

I remember ages ago I corrupted my SD card... this sounds like a similar situation. Try restoring an old emuNAND backup.

I have one but it's from before I upgraded to 11.0...I make one each month...the one I have is probably from end of may or something like that...

Yes ...latest one is from 22-05...Do I inject it ? (i'll probably backup the one I have now with emunand tool)

Backup your current one, then try using it.
