3.2 3.3 3.4 all versions dont work. "param is missing: ntrConfig->PMSvcRunAddr The loading of NTR failed (# UNKNOWN_FIRM). You should reboot your console and try again."

New 3ds 11.0.33E Reinand. What can i do?

Word of Advice. Anytime you update firmware, Backup EmuNAND first. Because I was on a older version of ReiNAND and updated to 11.0 and was stuck in Frankenware. I had to restore emuNAND and update ReiNAND and then updating firmware went without a hitch.

No, but you won't need firmware.bin, which was you initial concern AFAIK. ntr.bin is kinda the actual CFW, so you still need it no matter what, and you can find it here.
