I cannot see the cheat plugin menu. I have installed NTR 3.3 and 3.4 (not at the same time), and they both didn't show up. I have created the plugin folder and the title id folder inside. I am using A9HL & Luma on a N3DS. Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong.

use the NTR support thread, not this one. Unless you can't use my plugin either

Plans for next release:
-Port Mega-Mew's speed hack to USA and improve upon it
-Maybe port to Japanese, I finally got the Jap version to work on my 3DS
-Merge seeder and destroyer and call it something else... What do you guys think I should call it?
-Add an undo key for seeder. Let's say I spawn a bunch of red roses in and I wanted to spawn yellow roses, instead of deleting them and replacing the bells, you would press R+D pad Left to change those roses back to bells.

Have any more suggestions? Let me know what you can do. If you'd like to contribute, my Github can be found on the main page of this thread... creating gateshark codes or making your own branch to this plugin is highly welcomed to improve upon this plugin

Download NTR here download BootNTR.zip, extract it to the root of your SD card and install either bootNTR_noautoexit.cia or BootNTR_autoexit using your favorite cia installer, and to use plugins for NTR, your SD card needs to have a 'plugin' folder on the root of the SD card and inside the plugin folder is another folder that is named the ID of the game that you'll be using and inside that will be .plg's. For ACNL USA, your SD card should look like this:

FBI, devmenu, bigbluemenu, etc. You need cfw to install this. Either you need a 9.2 sysNAND with a emuNAND or a 3DS that has arm9loaderhax.

What version is your 3DS?
CFW is short for custom firmware
and sysNAND is the physical storage chip in your 3DS where emuNAND is emulated from a SD card using hacks that require kernel access.
Go on the 3ds custom firmware & flashcarts help & faq section if you'd like help setting up your 3DS for custom firmware, that thread is one of the most popular threads on this site so you won't have to wait that long for someone to help you
But next time read my whole post because on the first post I stated the requirements and how to install this.
