Video game converting

Is there a game you would like to play on a different plateform?
By that I mean, Playing that game with specs from the other plateform.
For exemple, if you want to play Mirror's Edge on NES, you will play it with 8-bit graphics.
If you want to play Rise of the Tomb Raider on 3ds, you will be able to play it in stereoscopic 3D

Any idea?
Personally, I wish I could play Pokémon Yellow on NX (High specs)
