Do we really need a thread about this, literally anyone who can use this information follows them, 99% of temp is clueless

Since nobody is telling anybody what this is, here's the first thing that came up on Google:

I have no idea what this entails for the Wii U, just putting the info out there because it exists. It could be completely unrelated or could be vital information, but it is what it is.

Before anyone says IOSU ZOMG!!, F0F started looking for this and gave up and anyone else that has searched for it has found this is absolutely unnecesary for an IOSU Exploit..... It's still cool though

Correction: what is boot1 even

a. It looks like a SHA-1 of the key (it's 20 bytes, and wiiubrew says boot1 key is 16 bytes)
b. boot1 key is used to encrypt boot1. Hackers would be able to decrypt boot1 binaries and analyse it for potential flaws.
c. It's probably just the second stage bootloader (boot0 decrypts boot1 using the boot1 key).
