Can you take a couple of screenshots to your folders?

Okay, I found the solution. Apparently everything has to be on the root, not just that folder. As another user posted, placing Themes on the root of the SD works. edit: zip files crashed the application also

Is there any FAQ or guide to install this? I had to mess with the files for a while before I got it working... hopefully it would help others.

When I search something on the theme downloader I get this error: Error: [string"?"]:103:invalid capture index %2

Hello, I've tried reinstalling CHMM2, and now my themes won't load at all, and It won't even let me access the shuffle feature. Any advice?

Ofc, themes MUST be under the Themes folder.

Hum, what do you mean?

I updated from the old 2.1 edition of CHMM2 that I had in my 3ds Folder to the new 2.7 edition, and now CHMM2 loads and claims to change my theme. But it does not, and will not even let me set up a shuffle by pressing X in CHMM2. Like if I press X, it does nothing.... I've tried installing it several times and can't seem to get it to work.

have you tried removing every CHMM file and retrying?

Im using luma cfw and went to apply a theme and it turns out the theme was missing files, and the 3ds froze now every time I boot up it freezes at the homemenu. Can anyone help? I tried deleting the theme but that didn't work.

hum. I'd say boot without SD, but that won't work for current A9LH or for an EmuNAND. Try deleting the extdata for themes from the SD. Rename the extdata folder, should be enough.
