Hacking R4 sdhc dual core game white screen problem

well,i am really sorry if i am in the wrong section,and i know that this kinda thing has happened before.but nothing worked for me. so here i am.
i have a r4 sdhc dual core 2013 and has the site www.r4isdhc.com on it. i installed a9lh luma3ds on my 3ds and then installed twl slot 1 launcher. now,the problem is that every game is giving me a white screen whenever i load it. the nds's for the 7.0.0 update is working fine...
im really confused with all this stuff,all i wanna know if how can i fix the white screen on games?

do you have any patched twl firm?
what's your system version?
do you have ysmenu or the original r4isdhc.com firmware?

whats that? whatever it is,i dont have it. where do i get it? do i need it?
i have 11.0,but i dont think it matters cuz the card is running without the launcher now,the games arent.

dont patch the twl firm, i was just double checking
try installing ysmenu to your card

Your card is most likely bricked, I know because mine didn't last more than 1 month. The build quality of all modern "R4" brand products is what it is, and "r4isdhc" in particular is one of the worst (unlike "r4i-sdhc")!!
