Homebrew Gold Pants Help

Hey so I followed this tutorial https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-give-your-mii-gold-pants-and-use-it-for-streetpass.379146/ to try and get a mii to have gold pants. The problem however is when I open CFL_DB.dat I barely see any data and no 94 byte. I have a New 3DS with Reinand and the latest emunand. I linked my CFL_DB.dat below. Any help is appreciated.

That tutorial is garbage. Look for an application to do the modification automatically.

I didn't have that byte 94 either. It was a 93, it depends.

Haha I see, I did find a program to do it, but it said my file was invalid.
