Hacking Deus Ex Human Revolutin - Big File problem

Hello,
i have Deus Ex Human Revolutin in "content" folder there are a 13.3Gb file, but in a FAT32 sd card the limit is 4GB for file. How resolve? (sorry for my english)

I'm afraid loadiine needs to be updated for that.

P.S. I see however that the compatibility list states it is working with loadiine. So, maybe you have some particular version of the game?

I take it your SD card is bigger than the file? And the issue is more that Windows won't let you format anything more than 4gb as FAT32?

Use this program to format the SD Card instead.

The FAT32 supports files up to 4 gb. And the wiiu only reads the fat32

For starters it is completely possible to format more than 4gb as FAT32.

Download and install this... free version is fine.

When installed you will see this screen. Select partition manager.

Find your SD Card and select format.

Select FAT32 and Cluster 64k and then OK.

Select 'Apply'.

Done.

I format a 128gb sd card in fat32. But is not possible copy a file larger than 4gb.

Well if Deus Ex does have a file that big, you're screwed. Presumably this isn't the case and the game has been dumped and others have played it.

Why do people keep commenting about SD card size? That's not the issue. The issue is that the OP has a file that is over the FAT32 4GB limit. It wont transfer even if the SD card is 200GB.

I know that, OP is just not clear enough, but if you Format it in FAT32 >32kb clusters it allows you to copy any file larger than anything (I can verify that since Bayo's data01.cpk is over 4 GB), at least mine does

I don't believe that for a second. Video proof showing filesystem and the over 4GB file or it didn't happen.

I just checked both Bayonetta 1 & 2. My data01 files are 507 MB & 1.84 GB respectively.

Impossible.
As said above, FAT32 = 4 GB max per file.
Or you must format device to any other filesystem (NTFS, Ext2/3/74, Exfat) but Wii U only reads FAT32.
