Got a 3ds that has a problem with the top screen and a 3ds that has 11.0 and I was wondering if I can swap Mainboards ?

Sure you can swap out any parts you want. Be very careful when lifting the flaps (forget what they are actually called).

Yes you can but if possible try to take a hair dryer and peel away the correct serial number from the back plate so you can seat it on the new one.
