Hello there.

I have the digital version of Xenoblade 3D, made a backup of the savefile with the internal backup function and extracted the .sav file from the micro SD card. I would like to install it with a PowerSaves device but while the official save is .sav PowerSaves extract it as .bin. I tried to just change the ending but that doesn't work. Is there a converting tool out there for this problem?

Thanks!

Powersaves only works if you have a physical cartridge. Do you have one? If so and if you have access to homebrew, your best option (or at least an option that i use) is to use homebrew to back up the save. Then you can take that save and upload it to the cartridge. (back up cartridge first) After that, you can back it up with powersaves. I'm not sure if this will be any help.

Well I have the game digtal and as a physical cartridge. And now I want to transfer the savefile from digital version to the retail version. I extracted the savefile with the backup feature of the 3DS but now I need a way to transfer it to the cartridge version.

Sorry for the delay. Do you have any access to homebrew?

Yeah I have an old 3DS on FW 9.9 with the Homebrew Launcher and Cubic Ninja. I also have a savefile tool but this uses .bin files. My savefile is .sav. It also crashes when using it with Xenoblade Chronicles 3D.
Would you be able to get homebrew on your other 3ds? I'm not sure if the payloads have been updated to 11.0 for oothax and ninjax but if they have, you can get homebrew on that device and backup the save to the sd card.

No, they have not. Also, Cubic ninja is not working until Smea fix it. But in 9.9 he can use browserhax.

I would like to have homebrew only on my old system, not my New Nintendo 3DS XL with the digital copy of Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. Does Browserhax do something different other than FW 11 compability in comparison to Ninjhax?
