Hacking Luma3ds help and questions about using

i currently have 9.2 as sysnand and use internet browser to boot rxtools 11.0.
i'm curious how to exactly install luma 3ds (cfw?)
will i be able to install cias?
can i transfer my emunand games?
this all i'm worrying about, so thank you for any help.

Remove all rxtools specific folders and files such as rxtools.dat and add the luma3ds /3ds/ folder and luma3ds.dat to the root of your SD and it will boot into the same emunand as rxtools used to do. You'll have to open it from the homebrew launcher though.

The difference is the patches it has. The real reason Luma is a great cfw is because of the devs updating it really often and the fact that it's one of the best cfws to run on an A9LHed system
