Ok maybe i miss somthing but...i try to downgrade my E 3DS on 10.7 to 9.2. After install evryting i restart but i says to me to power off the console, i do and thay says to me the same thing. Plase tell me is not a brick...epsecialy becouse i have to lost my Nintendo ID...not a big problem but i have to re do my Nintendo account again other then, you know, re buy the console. I even try remove the SD card but nothing. Black top screen and the bottom says toi me i have to power off the system.

It's a soft brick. Did you format your system before hand. The only way to fix is to use recovery mode and update. That will update to latest firmware and there's not a way back down without hard mod

It's a soft brick. Did you format your system before hand. The only way to fix is to use recovery mode and update. That will update to latest firmware and there's not a way back down without hard mod

Unfortunaly no, i don't format the system before do this process. How i can use the recovery mode?

New 3ds is prone to soft brick if you didn't format. Not every one soft bricks but you should of done a format. Now when you use recovery it will update to latest and you'll have to wait for a new way to downgrade which may be never. Sorry. Here's the button combo. Hold these buttons then switch on your system. A+R+L+Up(DPad)

More for the homebrew access, i know Cubic Ninja don't work on 11.0 version. Thanks for your help, all normal now and on the last FW.

You CAN actually downgrade from 11.0 to 9.2?
If you can, it's possible on o3DS?
I think they mean they had a different system that was capable of downgrading since the N3DS is now on 11.0.
