did it but still nothing it was start_Dec9.bin.bin and i deleted a .bin now its start_Dec9.bin but still doesnt work if i hold start seems like my luma doesnt see the payloads

Just remove the .bin ending from the payload filenames (They are actually named .bin.bin, you're just not seeing the last part)
That should solve it.
Edit: Nevermind, I'm too slow.

GUYS I HAVE IT. on the guide there is an old version of arm9loaderhax.bin.Yesterday i read a guide how to change from rxtools to luma3ds so i used hi arm9loaderhax.bin. Guys thanks all for the help love you all !!!
