I keep on trying to modify level exp for my protagonist but it doesn't work... Any thoughts?
Do you use the disc or the loadiine version? Because you have to change that line in the config.ini file: "loadiine_v4_pygecko: False" or "loadiine_v4_pygecko: True". Try to use the disc version (or eShop), works fine with me!
[5.5.1 EUR Wii U]
edit: For the level exp, it doesn't appear, you have to battle. (for example, set the xp to 60000->combat->happy level up)

Last edited by RealityNinja,
I seem to be having an issue with poking Affinity to characters, when I assign a specific Affinity to a character it neither goes up or down, it just stays on that number, making it impossible to unlock achievements for characters. Is there something I'm missing or a step I'm forgetting?

So yesterday I finished getting all the floating point numbers for XCXGecko from the bust size slider in the JP version.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Bl0d5kAOFdyV22OH2kLUzKwQerATP9pxs2jr4mniK6g/edit?usp=sharing

I discovered that the lowest and highest slider options are the lower/upper caps visually. So making something higher than '1.39999997616' doesn't actually make it any bigger. That's the actual cap.

I don't know if there's any inbetween values that could be used, but what would be fun to do is to mix/match them.

Nice guys.
Would never tought that it would rly work for me with gx2.
I hope they will be alot more trainer like that.

Hi, i have the eShop version of the game, but everytime I try connect it says failed to connect to wii u.
What can it be?
Sorry for my bad english, I made this account just to ask you this, thank you.

Because it can't connect, maybe you havn't activated pygecko. You use the eshop version of the game, so you have to load kexploit31 and TCPGecko if you are on wiiu version 5.5.0/5.5.1.
You can google for some tutorials on how to achieve this. Their are guides here on gbatemp that are really good.
If you're on a lower firmware I can't help you.

I did exactly what you said, but still continues with the same error. the firmware is 5.5.1.

So you used kexploit31 and after that the TCPGecko payload? If yes you only have to start the game and it should properly connect.

Once you have your Wii U's IP address (typically something like 192.168.X.X) just go to www.loadiine.ovh and launch the TCPGecko+Kernel option. It's a two parter, it'll tell you to go back to the website after it closes once. Once you boot the game, you start up XCXGecko and put in the IP address and hit connect.

Unfortunately, that's as indepth of a tutorial I can give, since I can't do troubleshooting on machines that aren't mine.

That's right, I did like the tutorial, but when I put the ip in XCXGecko says failed to connect to wii u.

please guys, just the "item" section its not working for me, everything else works, im on 5.3.2, loadiine gx3, xcx 1.0.2u

-click on cache slots (precious resources) i got this

[05/24/16 18:51:03]: READ 1C3CB540 1200
[05/24/16 18:51:03]: Found 15 Precious Resources slots in memory
[05/24/16 18:51:03]: READ 1C3D6540 4
[05/24/16 18:51:04]: Cache error: val(0x1C3D6540)=00646464, type (8C) != expected (64)
[05/24/16 18:51:04]: Cache error: val(0x1C3D6540)=00646464, type (8C) != expected (64)

so i change to the slot 002 and try to poke some bonjelium for example, but i got this

[05/24/16 18:51:50]: READ 1C3D654C 4
[05/24/16 18:52:11]: POKE Precious Resources Slot 002 failed: cannot poke empty item slot

what can i do ?? like i say every others section work fine

Hi, new user and I know absolutely nothing about programming, but I do have a question:

Is it possible to use XCXGecko to reset story progress?

I was really disappointed with the lack of NG+, and when I started experimenting with Gecko last night, the idea came to me. I know it would require knowing the addresses for the quest flags, and I don't have the slightest clue of how to go about finding them.

If not, no worries.

So apparently, portrait is tied to hairstyle, as is body style.
Most hairstyles work perfectly on most people.

Oh right, there are some hair styles that are only on certain body types. Like the ponytail on Young Girl A only exists on Young Girl A. I'm interested in where the offsets are for that.

This has been asked once already (but I didn't see a response to it), but will this allow the changing of your character's division? I'm playing XCX via Loadiine on 5.5.1U, decently far in the game, and I realized that I could change my division, but checking it out, it requires an internet connection (which Loadiine doesn't support yet, if ever).
