i dont know if im at the right place here, if not please move this threat over..

i'm allmost there. i have sysNAND and emuNAND installed en emuNAND runs perfect.

if i start mt 3ds i boot sysnand and i have to go to the browser and start dxtools from there to go into emunand.

I hate this because i need internet to play my CIA files... (boot rxtools to go into emunand.)

i tryed installing homebrew into sysnand and that works perfect. but when i start rxtools from there i get half a sec rxtools boot screen en than it returns to home brew menu again. when i try again it will stay black and i need to reset my 3ds.

i tryd everything but i need a way to boot emunand without internet.. for planes and on the road...

PLEASE help!!! i am trying for 2 full days now.. going nuts here...

Edit: Because reasons.

Setup autoboot menuhax, through browserhax.
Steps:
1. Put the contents of starter folder from the starter.zip (http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip) onto the root of your SD Card.
2. Change your theme 2-3 times, from default stock one to any other, and finally back to default stock one.
3. Open the browser, then open the browser settings as fast as possible, scroll to the bottom and Initialize Savedata or Clear All Save Data, as fast as possible.
4. Navigate to http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php (Keep trying until it works)
5. Open the menuhax_manager app.
6. Press A to install. Just look for a success message towards the end to know it was successful, disregard any errors messages that may appear prior to the success message.
7. Go back to the main menu of menuhax_manager, and go to then select "Configure/check haxx trigger, Press A to continue, then select "Type1"
Either:
A) Don't hold any buttons and touch the bottom-screen for autoboot menuhax, or
B) Hold the desired button you want to trigger menuhax at boot, and while holding it touch the bottom-screen.
8. Depending on you configured your haxx trigger, will depend on how menuhax launches from now on. Make sure you have rxtools.3dsx in an rxTools folder under rxTools to launch it from menuhax, after it load the Homebrew Launcher.

Consider using CTRBootManager and setting it to autoboot rxTools (or Luma3DS if you switch.)
Link: https://gbatemp.net/threads/ctrbootmanager-3ds-boot-manager-loader-homemenuhax.398383/

Consider switching from rxTools to Luma3DS.
Guide: http://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-updating-from-rxtools-to-luma3ds.427735/

Or at least consider switching to dukes_rg fork of rxTools.

You still need internet to get menuhax installed properly, but after that you don't. Also, menuhax does have a failure rate of launching properly, consider A9LH if you must have 100% bootrate, but it's a pretty long guide and can take a while to setup properly, ask questions if you need help.

A9LH Guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki

Enjoy your new setup without having to rely on browserhax, whether you decide to go the menuhax route or A9LH route~!

Or if youd prefer a simpler solution, you can install menuhax and a Bootmanager.. if A9LH is undesirable/too much.
This will eliminate need for Browserhax.

heh. So it is true. That PSA thread about telling people to get off of RXTools, the first 2 posts here do exactly that instead of just straight up tell the guy to install menuhax. Considering, you know, the seemingly lack of internet makes it more difficult to get Luma whatever files, come on people, the guy installed homebrew, which pretty much has the menuhax installer already.

The guy has internet. He wants a method for when he doesn't have internet (Planes, the road, etc.).

Anyway, suggesting Luma is a very good thing for people who are new. If you just setup CFW, you shouldn't be using RxTools.

I know he has internet. But it's something he doesn't like to do. Which some people are telling him to do even more.

I know he has internet. But it's something he doesn't like to do. Which some people are telling him to do even more.
Once, he has Luma3DS setup, as well as Menuhax+CTRBootManager installed, there is no need to use the internet.

Also, the menuhax installer requires internet to get the payload, go ahead and test it if you want, it'll error out if you're not connected to the internet.

If one must stay on rxTools, at least switch to duke_srg fork that he is working on, but this also requires internet, to get the new files.

If one doesn't have internet, how is he going to launch HBL if he is seemingly relying on browserhax to launch rxTools at the current moment?

I think youre missing the point. Its not that he doesnt want to use the internet EVER... im sure hed be fine using it to obtain his goal.
He just doesnt want to have to depend on it to boot every time. Which if he uses it once to fix, he wont have to.
I had this same desire when I first got emuNAND/CFW setup. I knew I wouldnt always be around WiFi with my 3DS so being able to boot into HBL/CFW without it is a must. Dude isnt just anti-internet all the time lol

I know he doesn't want to depend on it. I know I didn't, once I actually got browserhax to work on 9.2 I installed menuhax in a heartbeat.

But somehow just like the PSA thread predicted, this thread goes like this:

OP: Guys, I don't want to keep using the internet just to boot my CFW. Please help.
GBATEMP: Install Luma! Get out of your RXtools and use Luma! Luma is what you're looking for!

We don't know OP's situation. We don't know if OP wants to do the CFW switching process again. All we know is he doesn't want to keep browserhaxing when playing his games, so why not just say "Install menuhax. Then you won't need the internet to boot your CFW again. And if you feel like it, why not give Luma a look?"

But no it just gotta be "Go Luma!" and all OP wanted was a way to boot CFW without using the internet all the time...

I mean he obviously just started hacking his 3DS, using older guides/tuts.
I get your frustration.. seeing people ignore the real problem just cause they saw rx mentioned..
But why not point him in the right direction towards better methods?
Its not like switching CFW is difficult or time consuming. It takes like 2 mins, tops.
Either way, a few people (including myself) came in and informed him all he really needed was menuhax.
Now the choice is up to him. But he should at least be aware of all the choices.
You cant blame people here for suggesting he use something newer, noob friendlier, and less known to have issues.
This prevents future help threads, if nothing else.

It's too bad you got ninja'ed, you actually did help with what OP needed, and then mentioned a9lh secondary.

But it just seemed like, after all OP went through to even get RXtools running, I think it just feels insulting to tell him to switch to another CFW when all he wanted was just to play games without using browserhax to do so.

Updated my post with all relevant information, and considering whatever situation OP is in.

Install menuhax its much much better than browser hax, and use ctrbootmamager. It should help. The cfw isn't the issue here, no need to change it.
