I have Update 11. done and on the Boot everytime Yellow screen, but I press L button its work to 77%...

What? I dont understand your question or problem.
If youre saying your bootrate isnt 100% now.. sorry? 100% bootrate was never possible with menuhax.. which it sounds like youre still using.. regardless of system version.

Seriously though, the only entrypoint with 100% boot rate is A9LH.

Keep in mind, it is a pretty nerve wracking process to get A9LH since it requires a downgrade to 2.1 to get your OTP which is unique to your system only. But trust me when I say when you finish, there is more benefits to it then anything, like for instance the hax being installed into the NAND itself so it is exploited before the system can even fight back. So there is little to no way it will ever be patched.

Yes but since no CFW can run on 2.1, it needs to be written to sysnand. That is what I had to do with the install guide, though have people found a way or have programmed it to handle 2.1 now?

Nope, still need to downgrade Emunand -> copy to sysnand -> get otp -> update sysnand again.
It's worth it though.

It's worth it, although the first time you'd get a couple of new grey hairs dealing with it. Make sure you read and re-read your stuff before going ahead with changes.

I'd love to travel back and get myself a MH4U LE 3DS.

But yeah, Gateway announced a "safe downgrade" month ago to come "in the next days". But why should their downgrade be safer than what we have right now?
Maybe NTRCardHax can be used to install A9LH easier, but I doubt it.
Therefore you still need to get thw OTP on < 3.0
