Is there a way that I could create a custom firmware for the GW Blue card? From what searching I did people figured it out, but I could not find a method to create stuff from scratch. I did find a DLDI driver that appears to work at least.

We can't help you if you are not saying what you are trying to achieve. What you see there on your screen is Wood FW 1.52, which is nothing more than a NDS application. There is no CFW involved anywhere here.

I want to replace the firmware with something else, preferably something that I compiled. I have a fairly specific idea in mind that would use this and require some slightly diffrent functionality than it currently has.

In the blue card analysis thread there should be an encryptor or decryptor for the _DSMENU.DAT file where you can get the key from to mess with that file. It's just a NDS program.

Well I attempted a hello world, and it is stuck on "Loading...". Need to figure something out it seems.

Edit:
Probably need to figure out how the bootstrapping stuff works and implement that in my project somehow?
