Hacking TCPGecko for homebrew launcher

Is there a tcpgecko for the homebrew launcher on the wii u? I'm on 5.5.1.

I want to use it with an actual disk of splatoon, but loadiin.ovh is not working for me.

Run elf, run game, open tcpgecko from PC, enter wiiu IP, click on "connect", this should be the procedure

Yeah, just did on the latest version of the app store. TCPGecko.elf is not there...
