but i dont understand how i start this.. is it just create a cfg file and put it into the root ? but how can i start this... makes no sense for me hmmm...
To make it quick, your current setup is not a good starting point to run D9 or anything even remotely new. If you insist on having 4.x as SysNAND, thoroughly read the D9 readme for options on how to start it. Otherwise, get informed about arm9loaderhax.

Or even a 9.2 sysnand

I am having an issue and I don't know what to do. I just installed a9lh on my 2DS, but it won't launch Decrypt9 no matter what I try. I have all the files in place from the guide, but when I launch and hold start, I get home menu, not Decrypt9. I can't even get in to it via HBL. Anyone have any idea why?

Are you holding start before you hit power? If so what do you have the payload named?

Send a screenshot of your payloads folder.

Here is a screen of my payloads folder. I am pressing start before I press power. Safe a9lh said success, I restarted and now I cant get in to Decrypt9. None of them work, except for the luma config on select.

Try this ver of luma, just replace the arm9loaderhax.bin on your sd card root

"Removed ability to dump / inject rand_seed (this has no practical use)"

Was dump/inject rand_seed going to be something useful? Or was it just something random that was created?

@d0k3

Is something like that possible? :
- Build ourselves Decrypt9WIP, with all the keys inside, instead have multiples .bin files at the root.

If yes, how we can do it?

I believe its just a problem with decrypt9 and 128 gb sd's
No. Not 128GB cards in general. I have a 128GB card and have no problems out of D9 at all.

If you are worried about clutter you can make a folder on the root of the SD card called Decrypt9 and put all the key files there. This will also make any files made with D9 appear in this folder.

Or you could use the Maintenance options -> Build Key Database and it will build a single file for the keys.
