Hacking Homebrew game with Box2D?

Hi, is it possible to make a homebrew game with the box2D framework? It would be nice cause I am familiar with it
 
Only if it can export to a Wii U compatible format, which I doubt.
It's not a tool, it's a framework/physics engine in C++. Maybe we just need a more complete SDK. Also it'll be even easier if we could use Cocos2D. Maybe @dimok could explain me.
