Instead of using command line, use the icon directly (right-click, run as administrator), a little window should popup with Exploits/Data/Errors, this means it works.

Try using hax?kernel10 instead of hax?kernel31. It worked for me.

This has nothing to do with IOSU exploit in the first place.
Kexploit -> more memory for homebrew -> Loadiine GX and stuff
IOSU exploit -> full access -> Wii U games from USB and so on

You make a folder for it and link it from the index.html like with all the other homebrews. For example, look at this tutorial:

Question. How do I make it run the homebrewlaucher.mp4 instead of loadline.mp4 either way it's 100% It just be cooler to use the hbl bb
