Why are people exited? He didn't release the exploit so this is still unusable. And it clearly says he won't be working on it anymore which sucks even more. I feel like this is bad news:(

Stupid question but has anyone here yet tried Splatoon hacks/modifications in private matches with someone else?
The logical thing behind this question here is that Nintendo for sure uses an automated technique to catch cheaters online since you can't really report people to Nintendo that easily. Besides that, I'm not sure if this would apply to private matches too.

The release has some nice stuff for when IOSU goes public, and he hasn't been working on Wii U for quite a while (few months) and we already knew this so that's not news. The release is a good thing that's why people are excited for it.

They apparently have. Got banned for a day while trying out param modifications in private battles, not doing that again, hehe. Maybe they're now looking if someone's desyncing, I have no clue.

Well, I suppose y'all can stop derailing that other thread, yes it is my server setup which I only sent to two people (everyone else only got the exploit binaries, not the server with the rest of the other payloads)
It's just HaxServer with Java 8, from here https://gbatemp.net/threads/beta-wii-u-hax-server.414647/
run it via command line, "java -jar HaxServer.jar", or if your computer has it set up just double click the jar to run it
needs to be able to bind to port 80 which is why I recommend making sure Skype's not open and using command line cause it'll complain
Then find your local IP, "ipconfig", and go to http://<localip>/hax?kexploit31 or kexploit10 if you wanna be arrpirate loadiine me matey

Will there be any plans on backporting the exploit to 5.3.2 now that the cat's out of the bag (assuming that's possible)? I heard it has a higher or "perfect" boot rate compared to the OSDriver vulnerability.

It already theoretically works on all versions, just not my version cause I was making a custom build and hardcoding all function addresses instead of calling OSDynLoad so you'd have to do some work for that, I suppose I could make a build for 5.3.2 now since coreinit start is the same, 0x0101C400

I would greatly appreciate it if you could, but please don't feel pressured or anything.

java.io.FileNotFoundException: .\data\hax?kexploit31 (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)
Not sure if I'm stupid or stupid.
