Ugh.. I dont know what im doing wrong, for a while now iv been trying to get the ntr cfw to boot with out errors, it basicly says wrong cfw or something and then dumps data and says wrong ferm version, im runing ver. 7.2.0-17U
im useing Ninjax 1.1b to boot into the homebrew menu, im useing ReNAND cfw witch shows up in the homebrew list, I click it, screen goes black and then back to the homebrew menu witch now allows me to click on mini pasta cfw, it basicly says for the discription " Simple, safe, no-firmlaunch Pasta" so far thats the only way I was able to boot back to the main menu so I have full control over the 3ds, Pasta CFW loader gets stuck on a black screen, can anyone help me? Am I useing the wrong Pasta cfw? And also the ReNAND cfw is outdated.

I recommend you to try the Arm9LoaderHax
Here's the guide:

https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

It is the most up-to-date entry hax for load payloads and amazing boot time (7~11 seconds), 100% boot rate and can have a updated sysNAND with CFW

It's a tutorial for installing Arm9LoaderHax, It works well for downgrading too
Well, we have:
Ninjhax - using Cubic Ninja
OoTHax - Using LoZ Ocarina of time
Supermysterychunkhax - Using Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon
(v*)Hax - Using VVVVVV game
MenuHax and BrowserHax

more info at https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Exploits (like in what firmware it works)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

If you already have a emuNAND or redNAND you can start from part 4 of the tutorial, make sure to back up your NANDs

I posted the link

https://github.com/Shadowtrance/BootNTR/releases

RedNAND is almost the same as emuNAND, the difference only matters to the devs, the end-user don't have the need to know the diference, if you have a emuNAND, just read redNAND as emuNAND

If you can launch minipasta use it to update to 9.2 then follow the Tuts for arm9 or menuhax

Normally Decrypt9WIP says if you have in 'Maintenance Options -> System Info'
It will show if you have emuNAND

Thanks all :D yes minipasta is actually the only thing to actavate arm 9 control? Or arm 11? Im not sure witch arm it is, yes grey_jack I actually did install decrypt9WIP before reading this :P it said I had emuNAND - RedNand im not sure if I actually installed RedNand I think my SD card got bigger in size after? And I looked at the maintenace options after It installed, for now I dont want to risk bricking and updateing to the wrong fermware by mistake.. I have done that before lol, all basicly save my money and get a 3ds xl that has 9.2 on it, for now I have choosen to go a diffrent route, im in the prosses of dumping my majoras mask and decrypting it so I can actually see the files, hopefully I can hex edit the files and do some funny things lol, or if the files are for example lets say there is a file called hero-link, then a file called bat, id copy hero-link over bat so the game when encripted and converted to cia and installed, the game will think its still link based off of the name its reading, most games this works and I get awsome results, I did want to make a levitate code for majoras mask with NTR but for now I will be wait, does anyone know a active and popular legend of zelda glitching site?

If you have a O3DS, the risk is almost none, if you brick, will be a softbrick, and that can be easily corrected, since now the SysUpdater works even in the 10.7, so if you got the softbrick you just have to update using recovery mode and downgrade again, if you follow all the steps of the guide, you'll do just fine
But if you are uncomfortable with it, study about the process and the homebrews that you'll need to do it, and then try to do it in the future (when you fell comfortable with it)

I hope I could help you :3

You have a old 3ds and your are using N3DS FILES. U LIKE KILL THINGS ,RIGHT, BECAUSE IT LOOKS YOU LIKE TO KILL YOUR POOR 3DS.
And also use the orginal sysUpdater version, it is 1000 times stabler than this build which is for downgrading >9.2. Use https://github.com/profi200/sysUpdater/releases in the cia version.

I thought the 3ds XL is a N3DS? And I did not know there was diffrent versions of sysupdater, can someone point me in the currect 9.2 update files for the 3ds xl?
"Edit" btw this is a great reminder not to do software editing at night because I'm likely to miss big red warning signs XD

I downloaded the cia version, I started updating and it rebooted with a completely black screen witch would be a full brick, that was my fear, I have only backed up my emunand.. I tried to back up my sysnand but it had a error, so what do I do now? witch wires go where? how do I hardmod the currect nand back? I used the correct files and it still pooped. iv downgraded a ps3 before with out soldering? hopefully this is not that hard.

I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.

Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

@Xdqwerty, Many of them did before colour television was common.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
It certainly wasn't inexpensive it cost the same as a new car back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.

@K3Nv2, take into consideration how economy was back then
