Hacking Unlinking NANDs with custom apps on sysNAND

On my sysNAND i have FBI over the H&S app, and some DSiWare apps. And due to constant problems with the MenuHax changing the emuNAND theme, i want to unlink them. I was planning the typical procedure of formatting the sysNAND with the SD out, but since i have those apps on sysNAND, i have a small question:

Formatting the sysNAND with those apps on it, could result into a brick?

PD: Can i erase those apps from the sysNAND going to Configuration with the SD out?

Formatting SysNand with System Settings is totally safe unless you are on <6.x on a 2DS or <3.0 on an N3DS (You'll be stuck because you either can't turn up your 3D during setup or can't toggle your WiFi switch to restore a 9.2 SysNand!). However, note that you may end up losing your NNID, which will take about half an hour of backing up your EmuNand, formatting it, logging in your NNID, and restoring it just to recover it.)

I recommend you just install TinyFormat.cia to your SysNand SD using FBI, launch it to format SysNand, then go through system setup and re-install menuhax.

Well, i finally formatted it through system settings and now the H&S app is not there (fragmentation error). This was the kind of thing i was afraid of, however is way more better than a brick.

EDIT: I finished setting the homemenuhax and i tried the e-Shop, and for my luck, i don't get error 022-2634, finally some good news.
