so what does this font tool do?
changes the font for the whole system? or just for rom hacking purposes?
FontTool can take a bcfnt file and package it into a CIA. It's pretty simple and could've been done in bash, but it does some nice stuff like set the romfs size info properly and encrypt using xorpads (if available).

It changes the whole system font.

For those asking where are the text I edited, it's in ExtractedRomFS\message\XX_YYYYYY\menu_msbt_LZ.bin

LZ11 decompress, search strings with MSBT Editor reloaded, recompress the file, fix the name
