Will there be a 10.7 update for this? The dropdown menu now only goes up to 10.6

They use the same payload so 10.6 will work.

The payload just has to be renamed accordingly to your systems version

Yeah I just downloaded it and copied the name of the existing payload and it seems to work although I'd like a more official version maybe they have secret new features

replace payload.bin in the save data with something like svdt. you should name it payload.bin first on your SD card.
