800x240 2d mode makes for an excellent CRT-like look. I really like it.

Also, my o3ds seems to be getting vertical tearing on the latest nightly.

@SirBeethoven, apparently this is a n3DS only problem, I've make some tweaks although I'm not exactly sure that it will help, can you check again with these builds ?

Same problem with the CIA again. Haven't tested the .3dsx. Using FZero again. Btw, with this one, FZero's framerates dropped down to 30 frames whereas the one you uploaded before was consistently 60. It seems that all the CIA's that I tested (QuickNES, Gamebatte, Genesis Plus, and PocketSNES all have the 3D problem)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

It might be good to note that I'm using AuReiNand's Clock + L2 Setting

yeah that build had the n3ds clockrates inactive, so the slowdown was normal, the CFW patch doesn't have an effect on recent homebrew since they enforce their own settings on start.

I suspect that the head-tracking module for the n3DS is preventing this from working, since it is constantly controlling the parallax layer when the 3D slider is active, so I need to find a way to disable it for the high-res mode to work ...

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure retroarch already made use of the extra clock/cores, so that shouldn't make a difference.

enabling two cameras might work. but that doesn't seem like a good method...

For me, the crashing seems to be occurring more with the gpsp CIA build than the 3DSX, and that's with using the stable builds for both.

Okay thanks, so I'll try the 3dsx, because cia crashes nearly every time at some Point and I lose my Progress everytime then...
@aliaspider and othjer developers: Is there really nothing that can be done about gpsp crashing randomly?? It runs so perfectly on N3DS (I even bought a N3DS only because of retroArch), but it is next to unusable because of the crashing issue. Thanks anyway for your work!

Ok, can someone who is using RA via CIA Installer running Gateway and is still able to USE RetroArch send me the CFG File? Want to test something. I dont know what is going on, but I Deleted EVERYTHING relating to RA from my SD Card, Deleted ALL the Cores, Shutdown, Restart, Install latest RA Build Cores via CIA. Guess what, still cant do anything. Controls not working. Frame Counter goes Up and that is it.
Thinking maybe if I use a CFG File from someone who can actually USE RetroArch, might be able to get it working again. Just a theory. Who knows. Getting really fed up with it. The only Builds that WORK are the .3dsx ones. .3ds has the same Issue like the .cia .

Edit: OK. I dont know what I did, but I somehow got RA working again with the latest .cia Build. It did not work before. Then I put the System Directory back in the RetroArch Folder, Deleted the CFG File again, and now it is working. Thinking RA has a mind of it's own????? LOL

Edit 2: Wow. Some VERY nice work done to RA. Seems to have a almost 3D Effect to it now which is awesome. Question about MAME 2003 though, where would I put the Cheats.zip at when I access the MAME Menu( Press ZR to get it)?

Seriously, I love the slight 3D Effect in RA now :D
Some suggestions I have:
Make Button Mapping for FBA CPS1 and NeoGeo so Users can have them set Per Game as they are used to. FBA combined Core has this, but if you make a Game Based Input Mapping Layout, it will not Transfer over from FBA to FBACPS1/NeoGeo Cores.
MAME 2000 has the Ability to have the MAME Config Menu. But need to know where Config Files go such as the Input Mapping and also the Cheat.dat File. Placed it in so many Locations, but it wont come upIMAG0060.jpg

I'm surprised it took me this long to discover RetroArch. I absolutely love it on my 3DS. Using Libretro's gpsp is *way* better than Nintendo's GBA solution; Nintendo's GBA games are fuzzy, ghosting images, washed out, and awful.

Looking forward to the vertical screen tearing on the left 1/2 inch of the screen being fixed, it's the only thing driving me nuts, and the stable build of gpsp crashes like no tomorrow :P

Yeah it is on the Arcade Cores as well. I can deal with it for now. Looks beautiful though with the 3D :D

Just tried GPSP but it said Failed to Load Bios when it is in the Right Folder Directory. It also has the correct labeling.
SD/retroarch/system/gba_bios.bin 16.0kb (16,384 bytes) (Size) - 32.0kb (32,768 bytes) (Size on Disk)

Actually, I have had it in the same Directory with all the rest of my BIOS. Now Sonic CD wont work like it did before. Remember, I was going on a much older Build. Just recently became able to use a newer Updated more efficient Build.
