I made a turbo Ganondorf that can also interrupt his side-B...

...with his side-B...

He can literally spam-B FLY with these hacks, which is OP even without the turbo XD

What I'm saying, is turbo hacks are fun to make. Does anyone have a request?
Once you've figured out if the megalovania music is just a one time unlucky thing or something that needs to be fixed, I'd love to see a turbo captain falcon or shulk :)

Anyways, can someone tell me how to make a character turbo with animcmd? I'm trying to, but it only shortens the hitbox time, not the time until i can attack again.

Place

Set_Frame_Duration(#)

at the beginning of every move you want sped up, where # is a number between 0 and 1 (0.5 is x2 speed, .25 is x4 speed, etc.). Just don't make it too small of a number (like 0.01), or else the hitbox won't appear at all. 0.3 is usually about the right amount.

Also, to shorten the "until I can attack" time, place an

Allow_Interrupt

a few frames after the hitbox code (look for "Asynchronous_Timer" below the hitboxes in the code; if there isn't one already, then add a "Synchronous_Timer(3)" after the hitbox, then add the "Allow_Interrupt"). This allows the hitbox to appear before it can be cancelled into another move.

With this mod, i did a "Ganonslide™" by interrupting the side smash, dash attack or a side b with a dash
I learned you can KO a level one opponent in less than five seconds by ganonsliding across the stage and upsmash, then quickly turning around before performing a turn-around (stronger) warlock punch. Great for replays!

I'm making a new Thread for Sm4sh TURBO'D edition; is it okay if I add these to the download?
Alright, but Marth's really buggy (Marth's specials don't work at all, and also Mario's side b doesn't work on the ground, and one I forgot.), and characters have many differences (Pacman's Down B spawns trampline, up B spawns hydrant, mario's dair is cape, etc.) Jiggs and Mario should be fine, and Pacman to an extent. Definately not Marth.

Oh, I should've probably tested those first...

EDIT: Wait... does Mario's dair still have his Cape Animation? Can't test right now...

No, it is his normal dair, but with cape hitboxes instead of normal ones. (Mario and Jiggs should be fine, minimum bugs. Just very few weird enhancements like jigglypuffs dair spike or mario's cape dair)

Ah, okay.

Are you able to reupload these without the move swaps? This collection will just contain faster moves (with some cancellable ones as well), not huge edits like move swapping.

EDIT: also, I want to move all the TURBO'D fighters to this new thread:
http://gbatemp.net/threads/wip-sm4sh-turbod-every-fighter-made-turbo.423192/
...so we don't clutter up this thread with our side project.

Apologies if this clogs up the thread, happy to take it to PM to avoid that happening if anyone can help me further on this.

Is this only possible with a US version of the game? I've seen other Australians posting on here, what options are there for those with the PAL version or does everyone just have US versions?
Really sorry if this has already been covered, I really want to get in on this.

As I'm french, I also have the PAL version, but I can't figure out how to make SaltySD work on PAL. Here's what I did :
- I downloaded the Region Free Home Menu .cia from that iso site, and then installed it on my 3DS
- I downloaded the US version of SSB3DS, and then installed it on my 3DS
And then, I installed SaltySD.

And when I launch the US version on SSB on my home menu, it successfully launches SaltySD.

(If you don't have a emuNAND, you can't do this)

Thanks for the suggestion, does it allow you to update to the latest version of Smash like usual, and is it possible to still use SaltySD on the current version?

If you install the 1.1.15 version of SaltySD, the PAL version will have the 1.1.15 version, like usual, and the NTSC/USA one will have SaltySD. (that's what I have.)

Would sone people be interested to help me to make a kind of inventory of the Smash 3DS files? By that I want to say : which file amounts to which character, menu, etc.

Thanks to the AMAZING @gudenaurock he helped me compile a EUR SaltySD and I'm using it completely fine now. I used to use exactly what Kerouz said and that works fine if you want to keep a modded game and a legit one but I can probably upload to that ISO site soon if anyone wants it.
EDIT: it's 1.1.5
