Hacking [HELP] Reinand Brightness and 3D Question

So recently I got Reinand CFW with 10.3 installed on my New 3DS XL and I noticed some minor problems. The brightness, even though its all the way up, is darker than what it should be. The only way to fix it is turning on the 3D, which doesn't work properly. Any ideas on how I can fix these issues?

EDIT: It apparently fixed itself by me just closing the system and reopening it...

Nope, it is currently off. I checked before writing.
