Because nobody helped me, I found my own fix (I won't blame you )
You "may" lose your saves, so be sure to backup all saves before.
Use JK's SaveManager, there is a mass save extractor/injector in it!

1) Backup nnidsave.bin with Decrypt9

2) Open nnidsave.bin with HxD (hexadecimal editor)

3) Press Ctrl+A (Select All)

4) Replace every bytes by FF
Look if you don't understand what I mean:

5) Save the file.

6) Re-inject the nnidsave.bin file with Decrypt9

7) Try to login in Nintendo Network ID (NNID), or using Eshop

Sorry, I never saw you were having a problem ;-; I think I fixed this by making a NAND backup, using TinyFormat, linking my NAND during setup and then just restoring the backup. Sorry I couldn't help you before :C

Not a ban and not same error, no. But exact same steps. Exact same steps but used to fix two different issues.

They alreqdy provide a blank nnidsave thing, so you won't need to bother making one and uploading it as people can just go there and get it there.
