Hacking Problem after EmuNAND region change

I recently changed my 'TEST'muNAND's region from EUR to USA. After that, Whenever I exit browserer, I get stick on the screen which you get before Home Menu loads. This happens whenever that screen comes. I had checked my downgrade, and had deleted the extra titles. Then I updated the EmuNAND. The problem still won't go.
Any help here?

No idea then, sorry. Unless someone has had the same problem you are having and found a solution, it's difficult to pinpoint what's wrong.

Aaaand one more thing
Exit to home menu from HBL does not work for me
It just freezees
