Fair enough. Just wondering really.This ruling is limited to the EU only, and GBAtemp has members from all over the world. Linking to copyrighted content is still against the rules.
It's not about where the Temp is hosted but rather about where the companies that might put a squeeze on us are located. Like how PayPal refused service to stores selling flashcards, and so on.Also, wouldn't it depend on where gbatemp is hosted rather than where people post from?
