Homebrew Update 10.7 and homebrew

So my HBL cia won't launch anymore since 10.7. I see you said to change the name but I don't understand what to change. When I boot CTRbootmanager with menu hax from 9.2 sysnand it works fine, but not when I launch HBL from emunand cia. I need to do that to change my emunand theme. So can anyone help me fix it? I'm a bit lost. All that launching it does is complain about payload and it doesn't seem to download the new one.

You have to rename your payload. Do you have something that looks like this in your SD card:
hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-6-0-31-USA.bin
If you do, just change it to something that looks like this:
hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_NEW-10-7-0-32-USA.bin

Another possible way to do it is to just delete your old payload and let the .cia create a new updated one.

Oh well I guess they aren't the same. I thought the ropbin for menuhax was the same, as it's the only one I have and HBL worked before. The only ropbin I have is ropbinpayload_menuhax_USA25600_old3ds. Again this works fine for HBL on FW under 10.7. So do I replace this?

I have no idea how to check. Should I just update it or something? I grabbed this cia and the 3dsx back when 10.3 was the newest firmware.

Install this:

And when you launch it make sure you dont press any buttons. It should download and save a payload for you.

No one is going to give you anything. Just get OOT and a Power Save.

I'm on an O3ds 10.1 and I can't get onto the eshop through menuhax/ironhax 1.0 to update smash and get pokemon picross. Do I need to use a cfw for 10.7 to access the eshop? If so do I need to downgrade to 9.2 first? I sold my copy of oot to buy majoras mask and haven't finished it, though I CPULD sell it for the $20...

you could downgrade using your already installed menu/ironhax or you can use yls8 new app "htpwn" I think it's called

Here is what I currently possess:

New 3DS XL: 10.7.0-32U vanilla

What should I do now in order to get homebrew on both systems to the must current version possible while able to access and download games safely from eshop at least from my New 3DS? The easiest way to have homebrew and latest would be downgrade to 9.2 then set up emunand, that way you can use .CIA homebrews and have Eshop, the way to go about is use the Powersave with ZeldaOT if you have it or use Smash Bros with Beaconhax, But ive never used it so I don't know how to set it up, to gain homebrew on the 10.7 then downgrade to 9.2 and set up EmuNand and use Reinand with Menuhax to load to EmuNand and update it to 10.7 or you can install A9LH and AutoBoot to EmuNand That way. there are many tutorials for these 3 things in the tutorial if you need any help.
