I remember that when you clicked on 'create thread' yesterday (and the day before?), there was a new [OFFICIAL] prefix that you could add on to new threads.

However, I just realised it's gone. What happened? Was it an accidental thing? Did the staff think it was going to be abused/misused?

I'm only asking because I also saw that it could be used in new Vita Hacking and Homebrew threads, and I wanted to use that [OFFICIAL] prefix for some near-future releases of stuff...

I mean I hate to nit-pick, but it does make release thread titles look a lot nicer.

What subforum were you trying to use it in? Prefixes are subforum-specific, meaning they're only there if we put them there. I just checked the and every Vita subforum has the "Official" tag in it. Can you try again? Maybe clear your cache or try a different browser, too?
I tried the 3DS Hacking & Homebrew, the 3DS Flashcards & CFWs, ROM-Hacking Subforum, and the Vita Hacking & Homebrew subforum, all just now. I tried to both clear my cache and try it out in Chrome (I normally use Firefox), but there is still no option to select the prefix.

Are you sure it's visible to you when you visit the 'create thread' page? I haven't the slightest clue why it's not showing up for me...

It was introduced for popular threads such as the Cemu discussion so people can instantly recognise the "official" discussion thread etc. It wasn't meant for member use, only staff may allocate the tag.

But if someone has a thread in the future they'd like the tag on please PM me or a staff member and we'll take it into consideration for large projects.

Ah, okay then. I was just curious because me and other members were able to see it and select it yesterday. (I could see some members made use of it in their release threads in the 3DS section...)
