Homebrew arm9loaderhax question...

I'm on the step 4 of the guide on github (I've swap all other because I have already downgrade and an emuNAND), and I have to put the arm9.bin and arm11.bin on the SD Card root.

And when I open my 3DS, all sysNAND application dispear (exclude preinstalled) and MenuHax won't boot...
I need help :/

Wait, if I understood correctly. You had a 9.2 sysNAND working with 10.7 emuNAND and you began the guide at part 4 and after running steps 1~3 of Part 4 your sysNAND went crazy??

I'm sorry, but I cannot see any relation to the guide. Are you sure you didn't do anything before beginning the guide??

Wasn't it saying use a enrtypoint besides Menuhax?
Because i needed to do it with ninjhax
