Hardware Nintendo New 3DS XL - Hyrule Gold Edition Firmware?

Does anyone know? I might be planning on buying a New 3DS XL in the far future..but, does anyone know what firmware these come with? They are so much nicer than other 3DS'S in my opinion. And since downgrading is possible on the newest firmware now..I'd love to get one.

Most of the 3ds are produced a long time ago, so we could still see <=10.6 3ds in the next year

I just bought 2 of these from Gamestop in central Texas. Both of them were running 9.9. Now, they are running CFW.

Mine came with 9.9 on it and both top and bottom screen are IPS.
