hmm , i didnt think to make a self host version of it ,, what i did do was release the framework and instructions to create your own , but if you want it ill wrap it up for you .. i keep meaning to develop links on the pc version of wiiubru for this very thing .. but im having a hard time getting photoshop motivated lately... lol

So I can host an exact replica on my phone, for instance?

it wont work on your phone its set for a wiiu screen without being scaleable.. i suppose it simple enough to alter the code to allow the scale ,, it was disabled to be wiiu friendly , but personally you can... ill wrapp it all up and add it .. give me 10 mins or so...

I don't want to access the files on my phone. I want to store the files (index.html etc) on my phone's external storage, open a webserver and the access the webpage from there. Will that work?

if the truth is he has been raided etc etc , then i think the last thing on his mind is to come telling people at gbatemp or anywhere .. and seeing as he is well aware of how people react to him , why should he bother ... no one will ask or show concern for his well being , first thing they will say is , oh your here , so did they take "our" IOSU exploit ???? he is better of letting the chinese rumour mill do its thing while he laughs it off...
