Aurora stated it's possible, she just wants/needs to learn more about Arm11 first.

As for what I said about that other person:

I don't know if they wish to stay unnamed for now, so, better safe than sorry I suppose.
It's not a problem, man.
A arm11 thread seems like the new direction, will get to work on that to implement something similar to NTR's

Just make "insert cfw here" load ntr.bin on startup or something. haha rather than relying on the cia. (don't know if that would actually be possible or not)...

Heh, you misunderstood, I want to implement something similar, not to implement NTR directly. I got an arm9 thread, I'm doing some research before making an arm11 one.

No i didn't misunderstand, that was just a "save you time" suggestion i was throwing out. :)
But doing it yourself is probably better i guess. :)

Oh well, I'm sure I'd have more fun making it from scratch :P
Also, I have basically a 10.4 firmlaunch, can't use NTR until it gets updated

I'm honestly not sure if the ntr.bin (which i assume is where all the ntr good stuff is), is actually affected by firm version or not.
Pretty sure only the loader is, hence why it fails on 10.4. And i don't see the loader being fixed anytime soon if at all. :(

When I have time I will dump the memory from the addresses bootntr uses and check out, if there is a simple way to find them automaticaly(like the fmp does for the patches).
Maybe its not updated till now, because of the memory randomization that got added with 10.4(if comes from firm, and not from a module).

just want to ask question...

-i already dumped my otp.
-i already compiled my arm9loaderhax.
-i already installed my arm9loaderhax.

i want to use my sysnand as may main NAND in daily use (currently im on 9.2).
my question is...
- how can i safely update my sysNAND with sigpatch still there?
-once im on the current firmware on sysNAND (10.7), how can i boot to decrypt9 (the unbricking method like bootmii) cuz what ive read is that decrypt9 doesnt work on above 9.2 firmwares...

thanks and have a nice day...

1. Use AuReiNand
2. You can use a bootloader for that

Use AuReiNAND. FIRM0/FIRM1 is blocked automatically, so you can update sysNAND without worrying.
With the latest version of AuReiNAND you can actually boot Decrypt9 by holding L+R. Simply download the latest version of D9 and rename Decrypt9WIP.bin to arm9payload.bin and place it in the /rei/ folder.

just want to clarify that the decrypt9 L+R works on aureiNAND sysNAND 10.6/10.7?

Quick question please, final check (This was already confirmed by a mate as probably ok but just double checking)

I have A9LH installed, all working well with AuRei etc... (as per my signature), i am wanting to move to sysnand only (ditching emunand)

I want to start with a clean system before doing this, the fresh msd is easy, what i want to know is if i format my sysnand using system settings will it remove my A9LH exploit ?

thanks

No it shouldn't as when formatting I don't think it does anything to the firm partitions
