I have 3DS XL 9.2 with GW latest version and recently I had some trouble
I can't access eshop , I don't know why , but I can't access eshop at all , not updating games nor just entering it , and the other problem I'm having is that cia files don't work for me ...
I recently downloaded some games on cia form , I downloaded a rom hack for pokemon ash gray and it didn't work at first I thought it was a bad link , but then I downloaded pokemon Yellow VC version , and it didn't work and the file was fine because my friend downloaded the exact same file and it worked fine
I'm using BBM to install cias on my emunanad
thanks in advance !

You need to unlink your NNID and relink it

If I'm not mistaken you need to log in to your nnid on sysnand. Make a nand backup and then inject to emunand. Format and unlink the nnid then run the emunand file and relink the nnid.

The error means you're trying to log into a nnid that has since been formatted

If your nnid isn't linked to your sysNAND, download Decrypt9 then dump the nnidsave.bin from your sysNAND and inject it into your emuNAND.
Then you can relog your nnid on your emuNAND and can access the eShop as normal with al your bought products. Maybe you have to repair your downloadable stuff in eShop itself, but that shouldn't be a problem.

[Download] Decrypt9 - Open Source Decryption Tools (WIP)

Where do you wanna access your eSHop? on emuNAND, right?
So you logged in on your sysNAND, did create the emuNAND out of this and then unlinked, right?

Your sysNAND then has to be unlinked with the nnid, so you download decrypt9, if you have access to HBL copy the needed files into /3ds/ as always for HBL.

Then you start Decrypt9, I use Decrypt9WIP (WIP = work in progress), then you have thefollowing options:
1) XORpad Generator Options
2) Titlekey Decrypt Options
3) SysNAND Options
4) EmuNAND Options
5) Game Decrypter Options

You navigate to SysNAND Options -> File Dump... -> Dump nnidsave.bin -> press A again when you where prompted for an name to save.
Then head back to main menu, select EmuNAND Options -> File Inject... -> Inject nnidsave.bin and again accept with A.

Now you can restart into emuNAND, head over to your nnid Settings and log in as always, after some progress and informations from nintendo about the migration of the existing nnid onto your system you can access the eShop again.
