Thanks, @squee666, but taking your advice, I used the Pen Tool and some Photoshop wizardry to make a transparent Ganondorf.

looks good i keep forgetting there is a way to manually remove a colour and keep transparency

Actually, I used the Pen Tool to create the basic outline. Then, I created a Layer Mask and used the Refine Mask feature, for the cape fringe. It took some time, and I know there's some places I can touch up, but it's still the best I've found...if I do say so, myself! =)

yeah thats what i mean i keep forgetting there is layer mask never use it lol. just hand eras shit for some of the fine stuff
