ROM Hack [Help] How do I downgrade Browser to use Spider QR codes?

What happens after the browser comes up once I scan a code? What is supposed to happen and what am I supposed to do?

Sorry for late reply, the browser will load the page and then after a few seconds it will crash. go back into your game (that was suspended) and your code should have taken effect.

Yeah it's still not working. It just loads the page endlessly. Even deleted history and cookies and tried again and again and again with different games and codes.
Even talked to others in other threads, some even have the same problem apparently. I just don't get it.

I'm actually stumped. try installing the browser again with bbm and see if that does anything. If it says that this cia already exists when you try to install it, that means that the browser installed correctly.

We have to install it ... in 10.5 EmuNAND or in 9.2 NAND/SysNAND?

I have the 1.7567 ver in here and still, not works entirely

I'll confirm that it works, sometimes.

Note: This is not like Action Replay that gives you instant results. (Omega Ruby for example)

BBM fails to install it, which happened before. Same with FBI. I had to install it through DevMen by choosing import.

I meant devmenu sorry. When you use fbi, do you change the destination to Nand?

In my case, actually no.

I don't even think I know how to do that.
Trying to install that .cia file with FBI was the only time an error has ever happened before.

Press L while you are in the FBI menu and notice up in the details if says "NAND" instead of "SD"

I used devmenu to reinstall my spider browser after updating to 10.5 emunand.
But it doesn't seem to work anymore. I tried dumping the fc ram of a game and it just freezes on "Executing"
then I have to power off.

Someone reccomened I uninstall the browser all together and install the update file itself. Any idea how to do that?

Sorry no. I just installed it over my updated 10.5 browser and it worked.

What am I actually missing here, then?
I know you don't know, but this is starting to upset me. I've done the same thing that you and a couple of others have done, and yet for some reason
it either works or it doesn't.

Is it possible to downgrade browser in N3DS as well? I am on 9.2sys with Rei 10.5 and I wanted to downgrade the browser for the same reason as this post.
