ImportError: No module named Crypto.Cipher
make: *** [sector] Error 1

Just make sure contents of output are on root SD and in program arm.. folder before running
That's strange. To many folders - root, 3ds, arm9loaderhax.

Copied those files everywhere I could and it still doesn't change anything.

s**t new problem comes out :p sorry im very noob of these things....

make[3]: *** [khaxinit.o] Error 1
*** [build] Error 2

*** [all] Error 2

*** [installer] Error 2

Mine was too when I tried it from emunand. I restarted into 9.0 sysnand and it worked immediately.
That's not the point here. I reformatted my sysnand. It's clean and i know for sure that I am trying to run this on top of sysnand.

Failed exploit, just try again
I've already tried like 10 times or so.

Could someone. who successfully built and installed arm9lh build it for my OTP? I need to check if the problem is in my environment or in my console.

Python, pycrypto and devkitARM were installed on the default paths and nothing was changed except that I updated ctrulib to the latest version from github. Try that. Can't say much more because I'm not at home atm.
