Google's DNS has the same problem; error opening url. I can connect to anything else, just not to the theme downloader. It's strange that it doesn't seem to even attempt to connect, just throws the error as soon as I press R.

Mmmhhh what entrypoint are you using? Is your payload updated? What's your running firmware?

Running firmware 10.5, not running emunand, I've tried menuhax, browserhax, and oothax. All payloads are the latest versions. I've tried updating to 2.6 of CHMM2, still get the error.

where does the 10 theme thing install to because i had powered off my 3ds while it was doing that and now i can't play with my sd card in but i can without the sd card in

hm i tried removing the sd card and booting the 3ds then i inserted my sd card then used browserhax to install menu hax seemed to fix it

Whenever I try chmm2 v 2.6 or 2.5 I get:

Error: [string "?"]:441: bad argument #3 to 'drawScaleImage' (number expected, got nil)
Press A to restart
Press B to exit
Press Y to enable FTP server
FTP state: OFF

Now, if I try with the version that came with menuhacks/browserhacks then it doesn't see my themes on the SD card. And if i press B to scan for themes it hangs and I have to force a shut down.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what. Honestly, this is my first time running homebrew lol

What theme are you trying to use? (If you can send me the folder it could be good)

so apparently, upon installing an actual theme (yes i figured it out) i can't boot into menuhacks with holding L upon boot..... did I do something wrong again?

Rinne, I have to say...

Thank you. I finally got this thing working. The new Skyrim theme I have looks beautiful and the sound works perfectly.

Keep making brews, m8. You do a hell of a job.:rofl2:

EDIT: Trying to use Theme Downloader, keeps giving me Error: [string "?"]:1328: bind error.

Anyway to fix?

Do you have put the xml file in the same folder of CHMM2?

2 questions:

1. Can this shuffle themes while Menuhax is installed?

2. Can this be used for both SysNand and EmuNand if we have CFW?

im guessing the latest version the 10 theme option was removed i had noticed when using that option menuhax stopped working on start up on older versions

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

older versions make menuhax stop but newest version fixed that

1) Nope cause Menuhax relies on a shuffle system bug.
2) Yes

Yes....

Where does it go?

It goes in the same folder of the 3dsx file named as the same way.

I'm trying to use CHMM in CIA format (loading it from the Home menu) and I get this:

First, the initial screen:

Code:
A= Install Theme
B= Theme Preview
START = Exit CHMM

Press POWER to initialize CHMM2

If I press either A or B nothing happens, and of course I don't want to exit the program :P
If I press POWER, this screen appears:

Code:
Error: [string "?"]:327: cannot initialize Sound module.

Press A to restart
Press B to exit
Press Y to enable FTP server

FTP state: OFF

This is with CHMM 2.5

EDIT: The themes are in the "Themes" folder in the root of the SD. They were correctly detected in an older version of CHMM2 I loaded from HBL...
