do I just throw the new Rxtools onto my sd card? since I already have a emunand setup will it just launch when I select it on the purple menu like reinand does?

Yup you can boot any CFW you want Emunand is not exclusive to any CFW

hmm if that's the only benefit I may just stick with Reinand. I don't really play out of region games.
