Homebrew WAV TO BCWAV Converter?

I'm trying to make some banner music, and have some wav/mp3 files I want to use.

Any tools to convert normal music formats to BCWAV?


I know there is a few tools, but I don't remember what they are called and Google isn't helping me.

A quick search on Google immediately gave me a GBATemp thread referring to Every File Explorer. Please do a proper search (don't expect to Google an immediate result, look around for a while) before asking to be spoonfed.

I did a proper search.
Every EFE was giving me alot of issues.
Not a very stable program either.

As far as I've used the program, it seems stable enough. And since I can convert wav files with it perfectly, maybe there's a size limit or a problem with your file?

I was able to output a bcstm file.

Do you know how I would convert that to a bcwav?

There's a tool called ctr_WaveConverter32.exe in the leaked SDK. I can't link it on GBAtemp, you have to google it
Also, for banners, the input WAV file can't be longer than 3 seconds and must be stereo. If it's longer or doesn't have second audio channel, you'll hear cracks in home menu.
I use Audacity for cutting the WAVs and duplicating audio channels, if they're mono.
