Homebrew [SOLVED] Tutorial added - Flipnote 3D only crashing with "An Error Occurred"

A SOLUTION IS READY!
Thanks to the awesome people in here

1. Get the USA (NOT JAPAN!!!) CIA for Flipnote 3D (simply search on Google)
2. Go download NTR CFW
3. Also download the Language Emulation Plugin for NTR
4. Follow both tutorials on how to set them up the correct way
5. In the "plugins" folder make a new folder called "00040000000C6600" and copy the "langemu_en.plg" file into it
6. Install the USA Flipnote CIA with any manager of your choice (FBI, NASA, ...)
7. Also make sure you have the 1.3.1 patch CIA installed
8. Start NTR on your 3DS (see above mentioned NTR thread for this)
9. Now start Flipnote 3D on your 3DS.
10. ???
11. PROFIT!

Thanks for helping me! However a little disclaimer: It's not the same old experience we had with the good old Flipnote Studio (Hatena) on the DSi, sadly there seems to be no online service anymore to watch and enjoy others Flipnotes... :'(

Anyways, this is still a way on how to run it! Thanks again to everyone in here for helping me!

Heya there,

First of all: NO, this is not a "warez request" since I already know where to get those specific things. It's simply a question.

I really want to get my hands on Flipnote 3D since it seems to be an kind of awesome improvement from the DSi version (which is dead these days anyways). However, every version I've tried, no matter if it's Region-Free patched by someone or the original US/JP versions, simply crash to an "An Error Occurred, please restart your console by holding down the Power Button" screen.

My system/setup:
New 3DS XL, EmuNAND using ReiNAND (also tried rxTools earlier, didn't work either), 10.5 EU-Version

I've also tried a few region free patchers which should solve this problem but still, the problem persists...

Does anyone here know a solution without actually providing a CIA to Flipnote 3D (since that's not allowed here)?

Actually, Flipnote Studio 3D cannot be patched region-free, because it fail to launch even if you'll patch it. We need to wait for European release I suppose :/

Okay so I tried the JP version with the language patch and it didn't work, however the US version with the language patch did indeed work now.

I have Flipnote3D working on both, o3DS and N3DS, both eur. systems without any patching. I've had to install the CIA version 2 times tho...

For some reason on my emunand sometimes it dissapears or it shows up as a present on every boot. x.x

I still get the error with rxtools tho
